"TCP-over-satellite" Mailing List
To support work on TCP enhancements, a "TCP-over-satellite" mailing list
has been created.

To access it send email to:
    majordomo@listserv.trw.com

with the following in the body of the message:
    subscribe tcp-over-satellite

To send mail to the group of registered users send mail to:
    tcp-over-satellite@listserv.trw.com

An attempt is being made to archive the list here at UMD,
but it is not yet working (the listserv at TRW is behind a firewall).
